We hopen natuurlijk dat je met veel plezier gebruik gaat maken van jouw aankoop. Toch kan het gebeuren dat een product niet helemaal aansluit bij je verwachtingen. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. This means you can inform us within this period that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Nadat je jouw herroeping aan ons hebt doorgegeven, heb je vervolgens 14 dagen de tijd om het product naar ons terug te sturen. Zorg er hierbij voor dat het artikel, voor zover redelijkerwijs mogelijk, ongebruikt, onbeschadigd en compleet wordt geretourneerd, zodat wij de retourzending correct kunnen verwerken.

Many of our products are custom-made or personalized for you with a name, company name, or logo. This creates a unique product that we cannot resell.
Om die reden geldt het wettelijke herroepingsrecht niet voor gepersonaliseerde of op maat gemaakte artikelen. Zodra de productie van jouw gepersonaliseerde bestelling is gestart, kan deze daarom niet meer worden geannuleerd of geretourneerd.
Natuurlijk staan kwaliteit en service bij ons voorop. Is er onverhoopt iets mis met jouw bestelling, is het product beschadigd aangekomen of hebben wij een fout gemaakt tijdens de personalisatie? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op. We kijken graag samen naar een passende oplossing.
